The Foot Institute is an Independent Associated Practice of Podiatric Physicians & Surgeons that specialize in the medical treatment of the foot and ankle. With more than 20 clinic locations across the province — including Edmonton, Calgary, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, and Okotoks — patients can access expert foot care close to home, with the flexibility of follow-up care at any location. Our podiatrists complete approximately ten years of training, including a Podiatric Medical Degree and hospital residency, giving them extensive expertise in conditions ranging from ingrown and fungal toenails, plantar warts, and heel pain to complex issues such as bunions, clubfoot, and reconstructive foot surgery. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, our doctors also design custom orthotics that relieve pain and prevent future complications.
