ABOUT PHANTASTIC SMILES: Since 2002, Dr. Cuong T. Phan has owned a dentist office on Lake Underhill Road in Orlando. Ready to put his knowledge to use, he re-named it Phantastic Smiles, then began to serve existing patients and work with staff members from the previous practice.
