Maintenance agreements include two visits per year, one heating maintenance, one cooling maintenance, up to 16oz of refrigerant if needed. Oiling motors and bearings as needed, testing and inspecting all motor and compressor amps. Change customer supplied filters, inspect wiring and level thermostats as needed. 15% additional discount for any repairs completed during time of visit.
